VA will consider space located in an existing building as well as a building being constructed for multi-tenant use and not specifically a build-to-suit for VA use only. ABOA is generally defined as the space remaining once common areas, lessor areas, and non-programmatic areas required by code are deducted from the rentable square feet of the facility.
General Provisions The Lease period will run for five (5) years from the date of lease signing.
Lease Term: Not to exceed fifteen (15) years firm.
Available parkingis defined as empty/open parking spaces, available for use by building occupants, visitors or thegeneral public during the business day (7:00 am – 6:00 pm), Monday through Friday (excludingholidays).
Government is a customer;· Whether the proposed use is compatible with the current uses as defined in the KSC Master Plan, land use policies, and environmental conditions;· Whether the proposed use aligns with a NASA mission, purpose, and NOA objectives and plans for KSC as a multi-user spaceport;· Whether the proposed use offers any benefit to KSC, NASA, or other U.S.
