Delivery Location Information The contractor will be required to use an elevator to pick up and deliver various cylinders at three of the locations. The contractor will be required to retrieve, refill, and return dewars of Liquid Nitrogen and other cylinders to the 4th floor at the VA West Los Angeles Medical Center and the 3rd floor at both VA Ambulatory Care Centers in Los Angeles & North Hills.
