SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SAN FRANCISCO VA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (SFVAHCS) LOW DEMAND SAFE HAVEN LOW TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM Description of Services: A Safe Haven is a 24hr/7 days a week community-based early recovery model of supportive housing that serves hard-to-reach and hard-to-engage Veterans with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The program does not demand treatment participation although it is available.

Information describing the currently fielded system integration will be provided through Department of Defense (DoD) Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) upon request. All requests for the draft requirements must be made no later than 8 December 2023.

A copy of the draft Ground Based Radio Frequency Emulator requirements and Ground Based Radio Frequency Emulator questions will be provided through Department of Defense (DoD) Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) upon request.
