Demolish and properly dispose of demolition debris and concrete foundations of buildings Lot 60 garage, Lot 60 salt shed, Lot 61 garage, and Lot 61 shed/pole barn. a. Ensure demolition workers are notified of the presence of lead-based paint in accordance with the OSHA Lead in Construction standard. b.

Due to the remote site location and fact that the crib is located within the water, a detailed Environmental Protection Plan shall be implemented and shall account for the items listed in the specifications, as well as the demolition of the structure and transportation of the demolished goods from the site to the licensed waste disposal facility.

These are “clean” demolitions. All properties have been properly inspected for environmental hazards and all identified hazards have been abated in accordance with SC DHEC.
