This piping will be demolished back to the main and capped. Work also includes the installation of one (1) new OFCI 40-ton water cooled unit and one (1) OFCI 30-ton water cooled unit onto existing concrete pads. Both AHU’s will be purchased by SLAC prior to Construction project. New supply and return ducts shall be provided and connected to existing ductwork in the building. VAV boxes and supply grilles shall be rebalanced as shown on plans.
