The goal of the program is for Industry to demonstrate an advanced thermal management system (TMS) in a system integration lab (SIL) environment which shows high-performance cooling capability of multiple high power density mission equipment and hardware devices. It is envisioned that a high-performance cooling loop will be the focus off the project, as part of a central thermal management system (CTMS) which works in conjunction with it.
