The contractor shall furnish all personnel to perform onsite Emergency Department Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of STVHCS. The contractor shall be responsible for providing a minimum of 18 emergency medicine physicians (estimated 18,992 hours/year) to be credentialed and be available for scheduling. Schedules at a minimum shall consist of: (Emergency Department is open 24/7 including Holidays).
The Contractor shall furnish board certified or board eligible physician(s) to provide services necessary to perform onsite Emergency Department Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VA Salt Lake City Health Care System. All Contractor physician(s) shall have a current faculty appointment with the University of Utah School of Medicine, in the Department of Emergency Medicine.

Offerors shall demonstrate a working knowledge of federal contracts.(6) Personnel, at a minimum, the offeror shall supply six board-certified or board-eligible emergency department physicians to effectively operate the Emergency Department and Urgent Care Departments. Offeror shall provide resumes/CVs of professional personnel who will perform under the contract.
