However, this estimate should not be construed to be a guarantee of either minimum or maximum since usage is dependent upon actual needs and funding. It is not the policy of the Mesquite ISD to award contracts based solely on “low bid/proposal”. Upon an acceptable evaluation, all vendors who have met the provisions of this proposal will be considered for purchases.
The Contractor will be responsible for, but not limited to, furnishing all services required to install, erect, connect, test and repair HVAC systems and equipment. Work will generally be scheduled during normal contractor working hours but may be scheduled outside of normal working hours in emergency situations. Approximately $200,000 is typically spent on HVAC services annually, although this volume is dependent on budget and need.
