The solution must support all wholesale, retail, and aerospace facilities that process transactions from an initial data capture or manual posting to the financial system of record. The solution must provide accounting and tracking capabilities for all DoD and DLA Energy owned assets. The solution shall be deployed and supported in a Cloud hosted environment during Development, Stage, and Production (including continuity of operations plan).
