Current schedules have as many as three inspections underway at one time.The DRAFT Statement of Work for this effort is included as an attachment to this notice.Mandatory Qualifying Criteria:The mandatory skills required for this contract include current nuclear plant design experience, demonstrated inspection or audit skills, good communications skills and an understanding of NRC design related regulations.
New concrete footings, slab on grade, interior walls, standing seam metal roof, mechanical, DDC systems, concrete curbs and sidewalks, site work, driveway/parking, building utility systems, interior finishes, install fire protection, suppression systems, and storage tank. Facility will be designed as permanent construction in accordance with the DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 1-200-01, General Building Requirements and UFC 3-460-01.
