The city of Lakewood invites qualified landscape businesses to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Mowing and Landscape Services. This RFP includes the scope of work to be performed along with insurance to be required of the selected Proposer. The proposals received will be used to determine which landscape business best meets the city’s needs for mowing and landscape services.
The intent of this Request for Proposal is to select a qualified Architectural and Engineering team with specific experience in the design and construction administration of public parks to design a new park for the City that incorporates open space for recreation and small community gatherings, and maximize the usable space using careful thought and balance while incorporating community input received from June 2021 survey in the park design.
