GAS LEAK DETECTION SURVEY SERVICES Project Description :DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the provision of annual gas leak detection survey services at various locations within southern Manitoba. Performance of a comprehensive leak detection survey of the Town of Walpoles entire water distribution system totaling approximately 160 miles in length. The contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to conduct the survey to limit the utilization of Town staff and equipment. The contractor shall also provide a detailed written report upon completion of the project.

The Town of East Longmeadow (Town) is soliciting proposals from qualified leak detection consultants to conduct a leak detection survey of its water distribution system. The primary objective of the Town leak detection program is to identify and repair leaks within the distribution system resulting in a reduction of the percentage of unaccounted-for-water as well as reduced costs for purchasing water.
