The City of San Antonio's Neighborhood and Housing Services Department - Division of Grants Monitoring and Administration is requesting applications from nonprofit and for-profit developers for the development of rental housing new construction or rental rehabilitation development projects. At the time of application the developer should have secured site control, and have secured, at least conditionally, all non-federal funding.
The NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) may award rental assistance and capital to support the projects; however, providers may also secure other sources of funding for rental assistance or capital funding. HPD will work with supportive housing developers to obtain project-based rental assistance for all of its supportive housing projects.
