This contract will be for the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) and Production and Deployment (P&D) phases of the Airborne Launch Control System Replacement (ALCS-R) program. The Government intends to utilize limited competition for the ALCS-R EMD/P&D contract. This acquisition follows a fully-competed Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR) effort. ALCS-R is the ICBM survivable airborne launch capability.
