The US Army is interested in innovation in the area of construction to allow centers to be deployed to bases. The targeted building facility would encompass 43,189 sq ft with 20ft height. The Army is seeking information about cost and environmentally conscious innovative building processes including materials, lifespan, maintenance, efficiency, and weather endurance. This is not a solicitation for bid, nor is there a project to apply toward.

The Contractor shall provide skilled personnel to support agile software development, and operation, maintenance and transition out.  This includes software application requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, implementation, maintenance support, hosting, and management of web-based applications, databases and technologies.
