The West Virginia Army National Guard is issuing this Sources Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Child Development Center Support Services. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue a (Single Phase Source Selection Evaluation Board) for construction of a Child Development Center at Fort Knox, KY. Demolish an existing pre-school and construct a standard design child development center for 338 pre-school children.
No state level certifications will be accepted.PROJECT INFORMATION: Construct a large child development center utilizing the standard facility design. The new facility will include child development areas for infants, pre-toddlers, toddlers, preschoolers, administrative space, lobby areas, public restrooms, storage rooms, kitchen area and playground areas with equipment provided from other appropriations.
Bids are solicited for the following: Fayette County Career and Technical Institute (FCCTI) Health Sciences Workforce Development Center General Contracting (2408-GC), Mechanical (2408-M), Plumbing (2408-P), and Electrical (2408-E).
