Using the IFFP as a guide, calculate the impact fee schedule using the IFA; also, review the County’s current code, waiver and exemption requirements, study criteria and standards, etc. C. Study: The consultant shall prepare a single compiled report for all Impact Fees that documents the fee study results, including a description of the background information, overall assumptions, approach, and methodology, findings, supporting justification, recommended fee amount and the calculations that provide the legal nexus between the recommended Impact Fee and new development.
The Consultant shall assist the City in presentations to the Impact Fee Advisory Committee and City Commission as required by Texas Local Government Code 395; h. The Consultant shall assist in the development and preparation of public notices; City of Canyon RFQ #: 2122-002 Page 4 of 6 i.
