SNRHA currently owns and manages 23 public housing properties, 386 scattered site units (single-family homes) totaling 2,651 public housing units. A total of 5,396 residents are served under this program. Of the 23 public housing properties 20 are conventional public housing, six (6) designated senior developments, four (4) designated as elderly/disabled developments, and ten (10) are designated as family developments.

One of the strengths of Harrison Plaza Low-Rise is that it shares a site with the Harrison Plaza Senior Tower, which is a former public housing development recently converted to Project Based Voucher assistance under the Rental Assistance Demonstration program. In early 2023, PHA completed the $48 million redevelopment of the previously distressed Senior Tower building into a state of the art 116-unit building for seniors.
The City is seeking qualified developers to construct affordable Permanent Supportive Housing for people experiencing homelessness. Developers should be able to provide on-site services utilizing a HUD Housing First approach. The RFP will implement the Housing Commission Framework and the 2022 Housing Bond Community Committee's parameters to develop the solicitation scoring.
