The County is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Development Partner to develop the project as described in the attached conceptual plan. The Development Partner will act as a member of the County’s team to further develop plans, pro-forma, and apply for entitlements and permits for the project.
The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals for a Development Partner for Desert Pines. Synopsis:NASA/NSSC has a requirement for AML Technology Development Partner Bundle. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to TECHNOSOFT under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that TECHNOSOFT is the sole provider of AML Technology Development Partner Bundle.NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.

With this RFI the HRA seeks to assess the interest of Respondents who can work together with the HRA and the City of Elk River to realize the Main and Gates site’s highest and best development potential. The HRA is presently marketing the site. The HRA may also elect to utilize a Request for Proposal (RFP) process in selection of a development partner of the site following review of RFI responses.
