New York (the “County”) is currently seeking proposals from qualified agencies (“Proposer”) interested in providing Youth Development Program services to at-risk youth ages 6-20 residing in Erie County for the period 10/1/2024 – 9/30/2025. Proposers interested in providing this service are invited to respond to this request. It is the County's intent to select the Proposer(s) that provides the best solution for the County's needs.

Project Description :

The Offeror  shall plan for and conduct program development, curriculum planning, and administration of the part- time Leadership Development Program including pre-program period activities such as development of the draft curriculum and other pre-start up activities.  This will include 80 hours of in-person instruction which can be provided by as many speakers as necessary to deliver 10 8-hour sessions.

The Infant Development Program will demonstrate a cultural approach to serving Indigenous children, families and communities.
