The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5.The United States Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center has a requirement for the following:DESCRIPTION:The US COAST GUARD, has the need for the following,1. VFS-K-B40-3-LED-E1-WST-BK, (5) EACH2. VFS-CFB-BK, (5) EACH3.
COAST GUARD. AT THIS TIME THE POTENTIAL NUMBER OF MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ CONTRACTS TO BE PUT IN PLACE TO COVER THE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY HAS NOT BEEN DETERMINED. IT IS ANTICIPATED TO BE SIMILAR TO THE EXISTING CONTRACT VEHICLE WITH SIX UNRESTRICTED AND FOUR SMALL BUSINESSES.The maximum aggregate capacity across all contracts is anticipated to be $500 Million with a duration of ten years.
Full insurance coverage in accordance with the State's Workmen's Compensation Law (or its equivalent) for all places of performance under this contract.The insurance certificate must provide the name of the US Coast Guard vessel and the contract and/or solicitation number as specifically insured.9. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. No down payments or advanced payments will be made to the awarded vendor. Vendor shall ensure they can secure funding for this order until delivered and received by the US Coast Guard.
