The United States Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center has a requirement for the following: COAST GUARD CUTTER PENOBSCOT BAY DESCRIPTION: PROPULSION GENERATOR REPAIR USCGC PENOBSCOT BAY (WTGB 107) Background. The NR1 Propulsion Generator onboard PENOBSCOT BAY has failed and will not operate to full capacity. Scope. This requirement is for the inspection, repair and testing of PENOBSCOT BAY’s NR1 Propulsion Generator.
The data submission must include sufficient detail to allow the Coast Guard to evaluate the quotation relative to the requirements.
