The proposed action is for the preventive maintenance and repairs/service of two Becton Dickinson (BD) flow cytometry instruments located in the WRAIR/NMRC Malaria Department Flow Cytometry Core Laboratory.
The vendor will provide Becton Dickinson Flow Cytometry testing reagents/supplies to be used on the Government owned BD FACS CANTO II instrumentation for the Flow Cytometry Laboratory of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service at Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital. Due to the proprietary nature of the reagents and instrumentation no third-party reagents will satisfy this requirement.
