Training will consist of asynchronous, web-based, interactive didactic training modules covering the basics of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) prevention, transmission, testing, diagnosis, and care, universal precautions, test kit operations, counseling, and referrals, etc. Proposals must address all services described in Exhibit A - Scope of Work.
