The City of McKinney is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to deliver a SaaS (Software as a Service), enterprise-class digital asset management system that will allow city departments to catalog, manage, and retrieve their photographic, video, and archival file assets quickly and easily from a centralized source.
The CSU Photography unit is a cost-recovery unit and is required to collect funds for commissioned assignment services and the licensing of stock photographic assets. All assets are posted and provided digitally to university partners via a cloud-based digital asset management system (DAM). The DAM is redundantly backed-up and all 425,000 assets are viewable to the entire university community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
