Remove any fasteners or clips, align documents, identify, and tag illegible documents, and tape ripped documents with clear Scotch tape. 26.3.6. Documents smaller than 8-1/2”x11” shall be taped to an 8-1/2”x11” piece of paper to ensure scanning uniformity. 26.3.7.
