The government is requesting information from industry in regards to capability and technical maturity in implementing a Digital Engineering and Management Solution for the B-1 Fleet. The B-1 is in sustainment with new weapons development work potentially in the future.  The aircraft has flown five times its certified service life and is experience structural issues impacting aircraft availability (AA).
