Caterers will not be able to use the dining facility or any other facility on the installation to prepare meals. The dining facility will only be used by the contractor to serve the meals on a serving line. Each meal will require serving an estimated 150 personnel breakfast and dinner, beginning with dinner on May 20th and ending with breakfast on May 24th. Specific servicing location will be provided at the time of award.C.
