BACKGROUND: The purpose of the Direct Access Program (DAP) is to enhance the Veterans experience by providing access to federal and commercial business opportunities. The DAP offers unique opportunities for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) and small businesses to build partnerships, maximize networking, and gain access to Procurement Decision Makers (PDMs) from the federal and commercial sector.
