The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select qualified Driver Rehabilitation Specialists and/or qualified Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialists to provide the following services in support of eligible Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services Job Candidates in the no-tech, low-tech, mid-tech, and high-tech ranges of adaptive equipment needs:

Individualized driving needs assessments and written report
Evaluation and vehicle modification written recommendation for adaptive driving needs
Standard or modified private driver training using the equipment recommended and required by the assessment and written progress reports

The Home Care Assistance Program (HCAP) of the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission provides homemaking services to eligible disabled individuals between 18 and 59 years old. This RFR has three components: Homemaker Services, In-Home Evaluations and Ancillary Support.
