BROAD AGENCY Announcement (BAA) AFPMB-BAA-22-01FOR THE PROTECTION OF DEPLOYED MILITARY PERSONNEL FROM THREATS POSED BY DISEASE-CARRYING ARTHROPODSThis BAA is intended to solicit pre-proposals for AFPMB for those parts of development not related to a specific system or hardware procurement in accordance with Title 2, Subtitle A, Chapter II, Part 200 CFR.
This contract is to ensure proper control methods to reduce disease-carrying mosquitoes in unincorporated Tarrant County. 1. CONTRACT TERMS: Vendor(s) will be awarded a twelve (12) month contract, effective from the date of award or notice to proceed as determined by the Tarrant County Purchasing Department.
WORKING CONDITIONS Incumbents in this class may occasionally be required to lift standard laboratory equipment; may be exposed to some risk of injury from such elements as toxic vapors and toxic and/or disease-carrying substances; may be exposed to moderately disagreeable conditions.

These services include, but are not limited to, the evaluation of patients with infectious disease, carrying out the appropriate examinations on the condition of the inmate, monitoring offenders with viral hepatitis and/or HIV, etc. (Refer to Article5. Tasks, of Annex A – Statement of Work).
The purpose of this RFI is to notify manufacturers of this intention, to identify the manufacturers that can either pre-treat or post treat IHWCUs with Etofenprox, and to obtain cost estimates for IHWCUs treated with Etofenprox.DESCRIPTION:Mosquito borne illnesses are a serious threat to Soldiers in combat so it is essential that they have the best protection from disease carrying mosquitos.
