This position will help build relationships between SUCCESS and stop-out students with outreach done through phone conversations, text messages, and e-mails. Our main goals are to connect the disengaged SUCCESS students to their SUCCESS Coach and to assist our stop-out students with the re-enrollment process at BCC.

SCOPE OF WORK • Assist with home visits in locating students who have disengaged from school • Assist with individual food security needs • Assist with other individual basic needs of families and students • Assist students, including unaccompanied youth in transition, and schools with identification, assessments, initiation and support of services provided under the McKinney-Vento legislation • Assist the District McKinney-Vento Liaison in providing

visits on school grounds when students are present.
