CO-00199 Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System (SAWS) for the construction of the Water Production Facilities Disinfection Systems Upgrade Phase II Project, SAWS Job No. 16-6002. The project’s scope includes the construction of a new on-site sodium hypochlorite pump station and generation system along with ancillary site work improvements.
The work associated with this contract involves general construction, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Civil work for installation of a Sodium hypochlorite secondary disinfection system at the South Beach PC campus. The required disinfection system equipment will be located primarily within the Basement of Building 8 with remote exterior precast concrete vaults connecting to the (2) branch potable water feeds to the campus.
