Unify HiPath to OpenScape Dispatch System Upgrade The MXG is looking to upgrade hardware, software, and the Unify Open Scape Command and Control (C2) dispatch system for the MOC located at Dyess Air Force Base in Bldg 5003. The work consists of a site visit/survey, design, planning, upgrade, installation, system set-up, testing, cut over, controller training, and applicable documentation of hardware and software components installed.
