Work to be accomplished are multiple improvements to the DLA Disposition Services facilities and grounds at Fort Riley, Kansas. Primary improvements are upgrading of Building 1960 and relocating administrative offices from Building 1950; connection of Buildings 1950 and 1954; and constructing 50,000 SF+/- of outdoor covered storage.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide removal, transport, and disposition of all bulk, construction, commercial, institutional, and community activity refuse on USAG Humphreys. Complete removal of bulk waste in a timely and consistent manner ensuring the elimination of bulk waste pile ups at trash points to include consolidation points.

The A/E shall recommend approval, disapproval, or other suitable disposition of the Construction Contractor s submittals in a timely manner. The A/E shall assist the VA in the interpretation of the construction documents. The A/E shall respond to the Construction Contractor s request for information (RFI) pertaining to the design in detail and in a timely manner. The A/E shall prepare supporting documentation for contract modifications.

The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 1095-01-598-4471. The FSC for this requirement is 1095. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a 3 year base and 2 options years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years.
