Improvements will include new or expansion of existing utility services and distribution systems. Site preparation work will include standard clearing/grubbing, cut/fill and grading, and erosion and sediment control measures. The purpose of the park space is to support workforce wellness, increase collaboration opportunities and enhance workforce engagement. The construction order of magnitude for this effort is $5,000,000 - $10,000,000.

The consultant will act as the main resource to assist the utility with distribution generation applications. The consultant may be asked to meet with the utility and developers on-site to identify hazards and assist the utility generally during application and development, all the way through to connection and testing of the facilities to ensure compliance to the specified industry and City guidelines.
