SCOPE AND BACKGROUND: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Department of Buildings and General Services (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish a contract with a Construction Management firm to provide Construction Management services (hereinafter the “CM”) for the Windsor District Court Renovation Project. The purpose of this project is to renovate the Windsor District Court located in White River Junction, Vermont.

This will result in all County and District Court offices housed in their temporary locations at 1500 Kansas Ave., 1709 Main St., and 1520 Main St., all being located in Great Bend, Kansas, being moved back to the Courthouse, 1400 Main St., Great Bend, Kansas.

If such dispute or claim is not settled through mediation, then either party may initiate a civil action in the state courts of Larimer County, Colorado. No such action shall be removed to any other court or jurisdiction.
