DLA Distribution San Joaquin, CA (DDJC) is responsible for providing medical services to DLA personnel at DDJC. As a result, DLA has a requirement to obtain medical services to augment existing Government provided support.The DDJC Health Clinic is not a primary care facility.
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside requirement under NAICS 326199 with a size standard of 750 employees and PSC 4235 Hazardous Material Spill Containment and Clean-up Equipment and Material. SP330024Q0149 is being issued to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Spill Containment Berm Kits in accordance with the schedule of supplies. All proposed Spill Containment Berm Kits need to meet the salient characteristics for the CLINs. The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ which will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449.
The contractor currently performing similar warehousing services at DLA Distribution Cherry Point, NC is Synergy Logistics Services, II LLC (SLS II), under Contract SP3300-20-D-5001.
