Support needed in the investigative and forensic disciplines may range from forensic DNA analysis technologies to drug chemistry analysis technologies, impression and pattern evidence analysis technologies to crime scene investigation activities. The contractor must have a detailed and proven staffing process that can respond to the dynamic and evolving nature of the BJA support effort.BJA is a fast-paced environment.
Specific test offerings by CTS includes tests for the Crime Scene Interpretation and Reconstruction; Database; and six DNA tests that fit the required schedules established from previous years. In addition, CTS also offers tests for other forensic disciplines (Trace Evidence, Latent Prints, Drug Chemistry, Firearms/Toolmarks) which satisfy accreditation requirements and proficiency needs.
