This is Amendment no. 003 to previously synopsized combined synopsis/solicitation requesting quotes for removing structures, pilings, and docks from 18 property sites within Olympic National Park.
The standalone facility will include the following space uses: office space, restrooms, storage room, mechanical room, janitorial closet, vestibule/seizure processing area, vehicle parking, loading dock, and a seized property high security concrete modular vault. The seized property modular vault is currently located in Long Beach, California.

GM will remove existing sink and table and move to loading dock to remain Government property. GM will uncrate and set in place new L shaped sink. GM will weld and polish one seam. GM will install faucet and pre rinse spray units. GM will make final utility connections to existing plumbing at terminating point on the same floor level. VAMC to dispose of existing unit.
The National Park Service, Olympic National Park (OLYM), has a requirement for removing structures, pilings, and docks from 18 property sites located partly in Clallam County in the Lake Crescent subdistrict and partly in Grays Harbor County located in the Quinault subdistrict. The properties at Lake Crescent comprise the basic requirement. The properties at Quinault are options.
