Services shall include but are not limited to: application upgrades, research and development, testing, training, system maintenance, application security maintenance, system documentation and consultation support.

The content will include: when to access a secure service order/certificate and how to follow the appropriate steps according to policy and legislation while ensuring consultation and documentation throughout the process, as per the Child, Youth, and Family Enhancement Act (CYFEA).
Documentation gathered from public consultation activities will be made available to consultants for the Official Plan Review. RFP documents are available on Biddingo.com. Interested respondents must submit their bids by March 23, 2023 at 2:05 pm.
This acquisition is for consultation and documentation services and shall not exceed a twelve (12) month duration for the implementation and provision of mandatory documentation necessitated for MDTB to be fully compliant to meet ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements, yet also be general in nature, with little modification to be able to include other future processes and teams within other Branches under MMSD.
