The Federal Emergency Management Agency request proposals from qualified sources capable of an interactive, intuitive, web-based, cloud-hosted, mapping solution that supports the training delivery at the Center for Domestic Preparedness located in Anniston, Alabama. All terms, conditions, requirements, clauses and provisions herein shall apply to this combined synopsis/solicitation.All offerors shall submit a quote for all the following.
The intention of this requirement is to obtain contracted armed security guard services to support Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency /National Preparedness Directorate/National Training and Education Directorate/Center for Domestic Preparedness. The contractor shall provide all security guard services as identified in the statement of work.
The Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), intends to issue a within scope modification to increase the ceiling of Contract No. HSFE20-14-C-0050 with Apprio, Inc. 425 3rd Street SW, Suite 890, Washington, DC 20024-3206, for continued Training Support Services at CDP in Anniston, AL.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency intends to negotiate on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Part 13, with Vector Laboratories, 30 Ingold Road, Burlingame, CA, 94010 as the only responsible source that can provide Ricin A Chain to the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP), in Anniston, AL.
