The primary purpose of this bid is to provide a service for repairs, installation, and maintenance of industrial automatic gates, overhead bay doors and operators to various Public Buildings locations within Duval County.
This door modification project includes upgrades and replacement of ten (10) selected existing doors, hardware, and associated electrical power modifications in order to implement new power operators for the doors. Add door operators to existing doors in some locations. Provide new fire rated doors in select locations.

Replace / Repair Failing Mechancial Equipment on the Laundry Overhead Doors – Bay 1 and Bay 2. Contractor shall remove the existing operators that are struggling to operate the doors, and replace them with newer model operators to provide smoother use of the doors at location Bay 1 and 2.
