Shady Lane and Sandy Beach Bathhouses shall each have three front doors replaced and paint the back door on each bathhouse. In total, the contractor shall replace ten doors and re-paint four doors.

The existing sectional garage door has been replaced with a new roll-up door under a separate work scope / project. Changing the door types enables the extension of the crane rail toward the door and over the existing truck dock.

All rollup doors to be replaced are located at 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Yuma, Arizona.The Contractor will be required to provide all labor and materials required to procure and install six (6) rollup doors, door railings, openers/closers, safety door sensors and related parts at the specified locations. The contractor is also responsible for removal and disposal of existing doors to be replaced.

A maximum of twenty-nine (29) double doors and five hundred forty-one (541) Solid Core Wood doors could be replaced depending on various conditions. All doors that are determined that need to be replaced will need to be equipped with door silencers. The goal of this project is to complete all door replacement by December 2024.

This high traffic area needs the overhead doors replaced, the floor recoated, and a durable, washable finish put on the walls. Calgary Young Offender Center -CYOC - High traffic area has cracks in the floor that need repair and a new coating added.

The front entry way is to be repaired/replaced with like materials. The front door is to be repaired and painted with wood grain style paint. The rear door is to be replaced with a 6-panel steel door with the jamb being repaired to new condition. Proposed improvements will have to get the approval of the Historic Preservation Commission. As part of the proposal the contractor should include separate budget pricing to repair all windows.
