The existing CMU wall and door jambs should be removed, and existing conditions documented. Repairs to the damage area to include shoring the header beams during construction, replacement of the CMU wall, replacement of the jamb and trim around both overhead doors, and replacement of the rails and rollers for both overhead doors.
