The Town posted addendum one dated January 30, 2023.The Town of Needham invites qualifications from Architectural / Engineering Designers to prepare a Study, including cost estimates, for the DPW Complex Feasibility Study in Needham, MA. Design team qualifications shall include Architect/Planner, Civil, MEP, Structural and Traffic Engineers, and Cost Estimator.
