CBP anticipates holding the industry day shortly after releasing the draft RFQ and prior to the date for draft RFQ responses. Information about the industry day will be posted in the notice with the draft RFQ. This notice is only to provide advance notice of the planned release of the draft RFQ and industry day. If there are changes to publishing location, this notice will be amended.

This process is for event questions only (not related to the draft RFP) and is separate and distinct from the instructions of the Contracting Officer and the Comment Form provided with the Draft RFP.This Industry Day notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and all information provided is subject to change.

This DRAFT SOLICITATION is planned to be issued under NAICS Code 562910, Environmental Remediation Services which has a size standard of 750 employees.THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS. This is SOLELY an opportunity for Industry to submit questions, feedback or comments related to the DRAFT SOLICITATION. Industry feedback is required to the email of the Contract Specialist listed herein by 2:00 PM Alaska Time Friday 15 March 2019.

The Industry Day will take place on Monday, October 18, 2021, at 10:00 am EDT and will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams Live.  Those attending the Industry Day must be U.S. Citizens.The Draft RFP for this requirement is attached.  Also attached are areas of feedback that DTRA is looking to get from industry regarding the Draft RFP.
