CBP anticipates holding the industry day shortly after releasing the draft RFQ and prior to the date for draft RFQ responses. Information about the industry day will be posted in the notice with the draft RFQ. This notice is only to provide advance notice of the planned release of the draft RFQ and industry day. If there are changes to publishing location, this notice will be amended.

If and when a solicitation is released, there will be another Bidder Inquiry Key established in which the Government will respond to Industry comments. See attached DRAFT SF 33 for more information regarding this requirement.

The intent of this draft RFP is to engage Industry to further allow potential bidders to provide comments and feedback in regard to the attached draft Request of Proposal, but in particular in the areas of Bid Evaluation, Technical, Basis of Payment, Project Management, Support and Resulting Contract. Information and feedback received may be incorporated into the final Request for Proposal, should DND decide to proceed with the requirement.
