The FAA is neither seeking nor accepting unsolicited proposals.The FAA is seeking interested sources that are capable of providing an Aircraft for testing of their landing light and avian radar while it normally operates and routinely encounters birds during flight. A draft Statement of Work has been attached to this RFI. The FAA asks that industry review and provide capability statements in response to the attached draft Statement of Work.
