Improvements include the repair of failures within the existing tunnel and the lining of approximately 1,956 LF of 66” to 72” diameter storm sewer tunnel with structural epoxy.

This project consists of the replacement of insulation for the chilled and heating water pipes in the accessible underground tunnels on campus. While insulation is removed, the condition of the steel pipe will be evaluated strategically as noted on drawings. This project initial scope is not intended to include replacement or repair of any pipe, however identified minor repairs may be added as a change order.
